Match report

The U9 Blue Team were playing with a full team today, first time for a few weeks due to illness and holidays and with good weather conditions the players were eager to get out on the pitch and get started.

The first half saw a lot of play in our defence and the players did well to block many runs at goal.  We broke through the mid field a few times but didn't get a lot of opportunity for attempts to score.  The second half saw a little more play in our attack but the opposition were just too strong.  Our defence and goalkeepers did a great job limiting the goals to 4 and the whole team showed massive improvement from the last time we played them which was fantastic to see.  Good job everyone!
