A really tight tussell today with both teams battling to the end. Woodside scored first earl,  Scotty again proving his striking ability. 

This goal woke up Hahndorf and they began to press much harder.  Matthew H in goals saved three really good goal attempts, with just one breaking through.  Great keeping Matt . Lachlan Atkin was having one of his best games, getting amongst the tackles and making great passing desisions. 

Half time came, scores were tied and there was hope of our first victory against Hahndorf. Mitchell Beekman changed into goals and proved his worth with two diving saves and great vision for the ball. 

Then out of nowhere Hahndorf did an amazing cross to a player and into the net.  Mitch almost got a hand to it, but it was 2 down. 

Hahndorf was pumped up and out of knowhere did an air ball from halfway, over the keeper's head and an unstoppabble goal. 

Final score 3 Hahndorf 1 Woodside.

Great fight from the team and the season is nice and tight, good fun to be had.
