Match report

It was a great game between Hahndorf and Woodside Blue for their Round 4 clash. Hahndorf were off to a solid start with a goal by Joshua Blain, within the first 5 minutes. The boys were in full control of the ball with great communication, passing, and ball handling skills from Levi Neumann and Mason Saywell through the midfield. First half was moving right along well with another goal scored by Thomas Gould, thanks to great teamwork and offense which was driven by strong defense from Oliver Knight and Owen Hoyle. Woodside kept persisting and their efforts were rewarded with a goal towards the end of the first half, managing to get past the Hahndorf Goalkeeper Soren Mickan. 

Hahndorf came out strong again in the second half, the boys again were awesome maintaining possession of the ball. Tyson Bancroft was Goalkeeper for the second half and led the Hahndorf defense. Hugo Curtis kept pushing the ball up front for Hahndorf which ended up with Rowen Gilroy scoring for Hahndorf. Neumann was persistent through the middle which led to another goal by Mickan in the last few minutes to finish off the match. It was a great team effort displayed by Hahndorf, against a quality Woodside team.
