Woodside Gold started off the game having to put an incredible effort into defence as the attackers from Woodside Blue were coming thick and fast. Woodside Blue managed to score multiple times before the end of the half but the half wasn’t complete without Gold having some good attempts at goal of their own.

At the start of the second half, Woodside Gold came out with a hunger to move forward and they put this into action well.
While defending well this half,  Woodside Gold also looked to move forward into their attacking third and managed to score a couple of times before Blue could reply. But even with some strong defending and goal-keeping from Gold, Woodside Blue managed to score a couple more times to win the game.

Great work though Gold - your forward movement and attacking is really improving - let's keep it up next week.
