Match report

On a cold and drizzly day the Woodside girls ran out for this week's match; all excited for another great game.  The Woodside pitch had held up fairly well, after a wet week, and a few games earlier in the day.  The goal mouths were a little muddy, but overall the pitch was in good condition.

The girls started strong and consistent. Some great passes to move the ball forward, and they were the first to open the score card for the day.  At half time the accounts were even at 1 all.

The second half saw a stronger Torrens Valley on the pitch, and they started make a few more runs putting further pressure on Woodside's keeper. The final result was in the favour of Torrens Valley, but the Woodside girls were pleased with they way they played and the sportsmanship they displayed throughout.
