Match report
U15 BHS Forest hosted Hahndorf at Springbank Secondary College in Pasadena.
A well contested first half saw some great play from both sides. Hahndorf midfielders Toby Perkins and Will Whiting feed the ball up through the field but Hahndorf was finding it difficult to score even with some good solid shots towards the net. Despite a strong Hahndorf defence line up of Konrad Michael, Elwin Aylen, Alexander Romaldi and a welcomed addition to the team Manning Broadbent BHS Forest managed to score 3 goals by half time.
Hahndorf came back on the pitch full of energy and enthusiasm to put in a strong effort in the second half. A corner kick in resulted in the Hahndorf team getting their first goal but BHS responded with a 4th goal. Hahndorf found momentum and quickly evened the scoreboard up with a goal each from Damon Martin, Stefan Panich and Jacob Neumann.
Awesome saves from Hahndorf goalie Tom Boekel saw a nail biting finish to the game and BHS scoring again in the final minutes to win the match 5-4
