Match report

Bradbury delivered a crisp autumn morning with bursts of sunshine welcomed by a large crowd.

Hahndorf left the blocks early with a quick attempt at goal but Stirling's goalie was fast to react and save.  Ryder Hill and Blain Balcom held the defence line, with Balcom's strong kick into attack allowing Harrison Gould two quick attempts at goal, followed up closely by Hayden Lien to finish off Hahndorf's first goal of the match.

Cooper Liddle passed well in the middle with a swift pass to Gould, and while Stirling held a tight defence, Pepe Zahra cleared the contest to re-set.  Liddle kept his eye on the throw in and was able to convert and celebrate with high 5s.  Lien was accurate in his attacking passing to Levi Beesley who sent through another goal, making it 3-0 to Hahndorf.

Jett Zahra showed his skills with a header towards attack, Stirling with quick reflexes was able to save another goal attempt but Lien's eagle eye used the rebound to finish off the first half with another goal.

The second half saw Daniel Peters as goalie with many gutsy saves.  Ryley Neumann up forward kept within reach of quick passes and was able to send the ball into the nets for Hahndorf's fifth goal.  Stirling had some great run along the wing, but Patrick Hinze, Ben Romaldi and Luci Tinsley-Smith kept their passes at bay.  Oliver Aylen and Jacob Gardner stuck closely to their opponents with some good hustles, followed by another attempt at goal by Beesley.  Gould, always amongst the pack, was able to pass to Beesley once again who, with a cracking kick sealed the game with another goal, making it 6-0.
