On a dark a dreery day at Hahndorf, Strath took the bare numbers due to Estelle Dybala having a broken foot.  A further reduction in numbers two minutes before kick off caused the game to go ahead 10 v 10.

This didnt deter Strath as Layla Frahn was very quickly put through on goal to make no mistake and open the account.  For the first ten minutes it was all Strath with the score quickly getting to 4-0 with Brooklyn Rigney adding to the scorers list along with Layla.  Strong defense led by Charlotte Reid held Hahndorf at bay until Hahndorf's Amiel Kerber found herself one on one with keeper Matilda Mundy.  Kerber cooly chipped Mundy for a magical goal and to open Hahndorf's account.

Second half started with Hahndorf more determined to win the ball and with Strath looking to control play and share the goals around.  Best of Strath's chances came to Evie Brook, who unfortunately could not open her goal scoring account for the season.  Leah Davis had some good chances also but were unable to convert.  Bonnie Clothier took a knock to the knee and had to come off, leaving a tiring Strath with only 9.  Hahndorf taking advantage of the numerical advantage, putting a further two goals away.
