Match report
Round 3 looked like it might be a wet day for the U9 Blue Team at Aldgate however we were lucky to miss all the rain.  The program saw us meet our opponents from last week Stirling Districts Football Club White who won convincingly, but our team figured they knew all their tricks now and were up for the challenge.

The Woodside team came out hard and scored their first goal of the season with all players helping out and Eli Ambrose putting in the final kick.  The boys continued to do well but the Stiling players managed to kick 3 goals in the first half.  Our goalie for the half, Tyler Herrmann did an awesome job of keeping the score that low along with his trusty defenders, special mention to Calum Magee who played outstandingly in defence.

The second half saw Lucas in goals and the Stirling team really stepped up the pace.  Our defenders worked hard, and with Lucas working his magic with lots of dives and catches to protect our goals but the end result saw Stirling walk away with a win.
