What is your history with football?

Grew up playing for BelNorth soccer club in Canberra before moving to Adelaide and playing for school teams. In my slower years I organised an indoor soccer team an played for over a decade at many centres in the northeast of Adelaide.

FIFA referee and travelling SA locally and regionally

Coached and assisted at SDFC U8, U10. Ashton Rangers U12

What is your favourite football moment?

Germany 2006 World cup final Italy vs France (Zidane vs Materazzi). Saw the interactions brewing and could not believe what happened next!

What is your favourite AHJSA moment?

As coach, becoming best friends with all the players of U12's Ashton Rangers and seeing the team develop over the season. Losing the first 6 games with 1 draw, then winning the next 5 games in a row! We held our ground so well in the last game despite a 5-2 loss.

What does being involved in the AHJSA mean to you?

Adelaide Hills juniors have open and friendly mannerisms alongside a mature appreciation and sportsmanship. I'm happy to contribute to facilitating progress within football without affecting this positive ethic, particularly with clubs that may be struggling.

What are your personal aspirations for being involved?

I'd like to continue to facilitate good sportsmanship within and between teams, being involved in skills and development, club growth, and an overall enjoyable experience for both parents and kids. I'd like to continue to share this experience enjoying skilled physical activity in a team with my teenage son Julius.
