Match report

The last u8s game of the season saw Hahndorf take on Woodside Red at Woodside oval .

A great start to the game with some fast running, and moving the ball through the middle from Hahndorf. The Woodside defence stood strong, but Hahndorf persisted which resulted in Soren Mickan kicking an awesome first half goal. He was supported by great defence from Indie Dunning, Ali Semple and Rosie Semple - all putting in great efforts in the defensive half.  Levi Neumann was kept on his toes as Hahndorf's Goalkeeper for the first half and had some fantastic, skillful saves.  

The Second half saw Violet Mitchell put a top effort in as goalie with some great saves. Joshua Blain was consistent and strong with his defence throughout the whole game and Owen Hoyle displayed some nifty footwork. Carter Hartley showed strong determination through the midfield. Neumann used the ball well, using his speed to drive the ball into Hahndorf's attacking half. It was an evenly matched game between the two teams but Hahndorf managed to find the back of the net one more time with a strike from Mickan.

Hahndorf showed great determination throughout the game displaying enthusiasm and drive.  A great way to finish the season!
