Match report

Once again, our Woodside Red's gave us freezing, rugged up, social distanced spectators a great game to watch.

They were off to a flying start with two early attempts at goals that unfortunately Strathalbyn were able to stop, However it didn't take long before Harry scored the first goal of the game. Ryan wasn't too far behind scoring the second goal, ending the first half of the match 2-0.

James, who was goal keeper though out the whole game did an outstanding job as always stopping several attempts and his kick out from goals were as always impressive. 

We defiantly kept their goalie busy, With Cohenn at one point having a dominant dribble down the field, only just missing with his attempt hitting the goal post.

Riley had great control and Lysiane had some great kicks.

The second half seen the ball down our end a little more with the result of Strath scoring their first goal.  Our defence was really strong, making this the only goal they scored. 

Bradley also played a great game with some great touches. 

Ryan and Harry worked together upfront to score our third goal, which had all us spectaors screaming with excitement.

Not long after Ryan, who was on fire today scored the 4th and final goal.

Overall, the Woodside team played together beautifully and should be really proud of their effort and how they played as a team with winning the game, 4-1 as a great bonus.
