Match report

The sun was shining yet the air was crisp with dew still on the grass and the players were excited for their first showdown match!

Good sportsmanship was shown from the very beginning with one of the Blues players volunteering to play for the Reds so that the game could be played.  The whole game was very evenly matched with play all over the ground allowing all players some good possession and many demonstrating their strong and far kicking skills.  By the final whistle there were no goals scored but the result was a good and clean match between Woodside teams.  Good job everybody!
