Beautiful sunny day, Ground nice and flat no puddles no mud, slight breeze. Stirling White versus Hahndorf. Hahndorf won the toss and kicked to the southern end. The game started on time. Hahndorf had three shots in the first five minutes, hit the post on the third shot without going in. In the seventh minute Stirling had a shot across goal, unlucky not to go in. Hahndorf defences rebound and Toby Thomas for Hahndorf scores, one -nil. Another shot by Hahndorf in the eight minute then another put out wide. Ninth minute Stirling have a shot but goes straight to keeper. On the rebound Hahndorf shoot and another save by Stirling keeper. Hahndorf peppering away between the ninth and 12 minutes. Second goal comes right on the 12 minute mark from Jesse Powell. Then on the 13th minute mark third goal scored from a right cross and put in by Lance Pope. Score 3-0. Hahndorf having another shot in the 15th and saved again by Stirling. On the 17th Stirling create a long ball down the wing which was crossed over to the centre where Stirling had a shot but was saved by Hahndorf keeper Thomas Boekel in a good attempt at goal. Between the 17th minute and the 19th Stirling had a few good shots from some good passages of play. Boekel was under attack but stood up with some great saves. Just after the 19th minute Hahndorf scored on the rebound from Stirlings 3 great efforts. 4-0. Hahndorf quickly score another after centre kick off. Score 5-0. 21st minute Stirling keep counter-attacking and then have a good strike but deflected by Boekel to force a corner. Another attempt at goal by Stirling and saved again by Hahndorf. 23rd minute Stirling create a shot from a throw in and kicked wide of goal. Stirling keep attacking from right wing as it seems it is a set play. Hahndorf shoot in the 26th minute and put over the top.  Hahndorf then again have another shot in the 27th minute and put it wide. Stirling take advantage and go quickly down the right wing, cross to the centre and Joshua Verryt scores their first in the 28th minute. score 5-1. Hahndorf kickoff and quickly have two shots. One put over the top and another shot hit wide. Hahndorf keep the ball in Stirlings half. A beautiful cross from Hahndorf into the box and controlled well by the chest of the Hahndorf striker. Ball was hit very hard and the Stirling keeper pulled off a great save. Hahndorf have another shot in the 31st minute but put the ball wide yet again. For the next three minutes play got stuck on the right side of the playing field with numerous throw ins. Stirling kicked the ball wide to the left side of field and Hahndorf were awarded a throw in. Hahndorf manage to score from the throw in making the scoreline 6-1 in the 35th minute. Great run by Stirling mid field taken through and shot at goal but another good save by Hahndorf. Hahndorf score a goal in the 37th minute but is disallowed due to offside being called. In the 39th minute Stirling have a shot but unfortunately kick it straight to Boekel. Halftime score 6-1 in favour of Hahndorf. Second half on the way as referee is spot on with the time clock. Hahndorf quick to move the ball and create a throw in near the corner post. Hahndorf have a shot but is taken by the Stirling keeper. It is the 42nd minute of the game and it seems the tempo has gone up a notch. Stirling have a good run from the left side then brought back into the centre. A good shot, but saved by Boekel in the 43rd minute of the game. From the Boekel, Hahndorf take the ball and have a shot at the Stirling goalkeeper. The goalie is quickly onto it and has another save. For the moments of the 44th and 46th minute, Stirling's defence is under pressure and standing tall. A big clearance allowed another shot by Stirling in the 47th minute. Hahndorf now have the ball take it down and shoot, but put wide. Stirling have possession in the 48 minute. Stirling have a shot where Boekel dives and saves the ball from hitting him in the head and coming back into play, he Gets to his feet and finds the ball coming at him again and saves that one as well. 20 seconds later Charles Ward managed to find the back of the net for Stirling. After again bringing it from the right side of the field to make the game 6-2. In the 50th minute Stirling score again when Kai Bettany brought it from the right side. Stirling midfield putting through balls with good touch looking for the right winger. Hahndorf now switch on realising that the pressure is on. Hahndorf have a shot in the 51st minute from a good set up of play down the centre. Unfortunately putting it wide over the top, from being sprayed off the boot with too much force. In the 55th minute Hahndorf have a corner but then kick it straight to the goalkeeper. Stirling is called offside in the 56th minute, as Stirling is constantly wearing away at Hahndorfs defence. Stirling have another shot in the 58 minute but again saved by Boekel. A throw in from Hahndorf puts Stirling under pressure from one side to the other, and then the ball goes out for a Stirling goal kick. 60 minutes have now passed. A throw in from Stirling in the 62nd minute creates a shot, but is put wide of goal. Goal kick by Hahndorf is snared by Stirling and shot taken and put wide again. 63rd minute Hahndorf now has the ball. Hahndorf has a great run down the centre taking on Stirling defence. Stirling keeper comes out to meet the midfield player. Goalie and midfielder collide taking down both goalie and midfielder. Hahndorf 1st to get to his feet and strikes the ball and hits the post. 65th minute, Great save by Hahndorf keeper as the ball again comes down right wing of Stirling play. Hahndorf now have possession. Hahndorf striker tries to take the ball all the way by himself when one of his players is offside so doesn't release. Stirling have the ball in the centre, but does not seem to go anywhere as play is going back-and-forth around the centre circle. 68th minute Stirling have a nice run through centre but receiver was called off side. From this Hahndorf take control of the ball and have a shot in the 69th minute, putting the ball over. Goal kick. 70th minute lovely teamwork from Hahndorf set up striker for shot but again pushed wide. Stirling take the ball down past centre where Hahndorf defence quickly swarm and retake ball. This play creates a lovely passage of play for Pope to score in the 71st minute for Hahndorf. Score 7-3. Hahndorf's backline are working well which allows Hahndorf to have another shot in the 74th minute. Put wide again. 75th minute Stirling take advantage of a throw in which puts them into attack. Stirling lose control of the ball and kick it out which gives Hahndorf a throw in. 76 minutes have now passed and a nice cross comes in from Hahndorf from the wing which allows a header to be taken at goal but pushed wide of the post. Stirling counter-attacks but loses ball on the sideline. Hahndorf now have a throw in and Stirling wins the ball. Stirling have a shot in the 79th minute but push it wide also. Hahndorf quickly from the goal kick take a good run to the other end of the ground have a shot and hits the post. Suddenly whistle was blown for full time. Final score 7-3. Both teams finish pretty exhausted. Credit to both teams for putting on such a good game. Stirling came out in the second half not giving in and stepping up and winning the second half. A game with plenty of energy as the ball was always going from one end to the other. This was creating great runs by both sides. A lot of shots were taken and the score could've been much higher to both sides. But the goalies had a great game as the ball was consistently aimed at them and doing some great saves.
