Match report

The match started with a wind that was so strong the players and spectators were unable to stand straight, but it didn't hinder the spirits of the Stirling Districts U13 girls division.

Under the guidance of their captain Rani Loizi the girls lost the toss but played their hardest to find them scoring the first goal against an amazingly coordinated and strong Strathalbyn White team. Just before Polly's superb goal in the 9th minute, Emma Dalton was knocking back many tries on goal with one of those moments being a double shot on goal with two amazing saves in the same shot. This is just the style of Emma though, as she did the exact same moves later on during the game. Although, the defense was tight and the attackers have improved large amounts, three goals were scored consecutively by Strathalbyn in minutes 20, 22, and 23.

The second half found Layla Preece face her biggest fears of being a goal keeper. She was shakey at first, but Layla proved to be a valuable goalie with many definite saves to the goal. As normal Charlotte Langley couldn't help herself and took shot at goal an in the 51st minute took her opportunity to get onto the score card.

Directly stated by their coach Bill, "What a cracking game girls!"
