A brisk morning at Aldgate Primary School saw Stirling Districts Blue host Torrens Valley. Stirling Districts were quick to show their skills after kick off with a goal attempt early. Another attempt was shortly after displaying Stirling Districts eagerness to get the game going. The ball was slow getting through midfield but eventually did break through for Stirling Districts and giving them a corner. They took the opportunity and showing great skill scored their first goal. The Stirling Districts midfield displayed their skills with some brilliant turns and tackles picking up the tempo about 15 minutes in. Continued pressure from Stirling Districts with two more goal attempts before the half time whistle.

Stirling Districts did not let up in the second half with their midfield players stopping and turning the ball around at each Torrens Valley attempt to get it up to their forwards. Stirling Districts turned the ball around and powered a shot towards goal with a fantastic save from the Torrens Valley keeper. The game slowed once again but Stirling Districts kept the Torrens Valley defence busy, the perseverance paid off with another goal for Stirling Districts. Torrens Valley kept the attack up with a long kick towards goal needing a quick response from the Stirling Districts keeper. Stirling Districts defence was too strong for a final attempt at a goal from Torrens Valley before the final whistle.
