Match report
Well the weather was beautiful this morning for the 9am game. The team was excited and ready to go. We started off well putting the pressure on Hahndorf but they managed a goal in the early stages. From here our defence certainly had to work hard. We managed to get the ball past hahndorf on a few occassions but they were just too strong and we were unable to convert any goals in the first half.
The second half we kept the momentum up and William worked hard in defense and put the pressure on any attempt at goal. We started to remember our training and spread out across the pitch trying to pass the ball. Every player had great opportunities to attack and defend the ball but in the end Hahndorf were the stronger team. Despite this, we played our best game yet. Everyone should be proud of there effort today as it was a great game to watch.
