v Woodside Warriors Red

A beautiful morning for a showdown between the Woodside Warriors U8 teams. Both teams were excited to get started as it was the first time we had meet. With a full pitch of players we started strong with some good attacking and passing and soon scored a goal. The Red team held their defense after this and we had to pass the ball more to sneak past. The red team then had a good run in attack and tried to score but with a bit of bad luck did not make it.

The second half started with a few tired players but we all manged to pick up a bit and scored a few more goals. The red team kept persisting and made us keep working and passing the ball. The game ended with a 6-0 win to the blue team and Sam managed a hatrick with Solomon and Jude scoring the remaining goals. Well done to both teams on a great game with a display of good sportsmaship.
