U9 Blue v Strathalbyn White

U9 Blue hosted Strathalbyn this morning with Woodside starting very strong with an early first goal from Cody Hill.  The players were pumped and tried to keep the momentum going but Strathalbyn proved to be a very tough opposition.  There was a lot of play in our defence and midfield but we struggled to get the ball closer to goal as we came up against some good defenders.  Even though we did not come away with a win today, Woodside pushed on until the very last whistle and should be proud of their efforts.
